Foodback hires Customer Experience Director

We just hired customer experience genius Merete Medle as our Customer Experience Director.

Merete will be in charge of the company’s customer experience, starting with building the area of Customer Success, to ensure new customers a seamless welcome in addition to managing the best possible experience for the existing customer portfolio.

Merete has over 15 years of experience working within improvement of routines, processes and customer journeys from several key roles within Customer Support, Customer Relations and Customer Success. She has broad experience working with insight, and for the past three years she has owned and managed the customer experience in the mobile company Ice, where she has worked on operational improvement of the customer journey based on insight.

She has thereby played a central role in making Ice’s mindset more customer centric. In addition to her experience from telecom, Merete has several years behind her in the security industry and in the service industry, primarily hotels and restaurants.

Merete will start her new role from 1st of June and will be reporting to the company’s CEO, Martin Jørgensen.
